Michelle Sands
Owner of Traveling Beauty
Michelle is an award-winning hair and makeup expert that has worked with celebrity clients and politicians as well as sports legends including Billie Jean King, Cam Neely, and Ray Bourque. She has worked with on air personalities for Telemundo Television and has experience traveling with NFL Network as the makeup and hair stylist for the Buffalo Bills vs Dolphins game. She loves helping her clients feel their most confident self. Michelle received her cosmetology license in 1988 and absolutely fell in love with the beauty industry. Her favorite brands to use are MAC, Kendra, and Sebastian. All Traveling Beauty's’ artists are fully licensed and insured. We are a team of not only incredibly talented artists, but also personable and professional. I know that each and everyone of my staff will deliver exceptional service.
Jena
Hair and Makeup Artist
Jena is a hair and makeup artist for Traveling Beauty. She owns her own salon in her hometown in North Dighton called Jena Goulart. She has been working for Traveling Beauty for the last six years. She received her cosmetology license in 2008 from Alison School of Cosmetology. Jena also holds certificates in coloring, foils, and advance cutting techniques. In Jena‘s free time she likes to hang out with friends and family and being home with her two pups.
Tara
Hairstylist
Tara is a hairstylist with Traveling Beauty. She has worked for Traveling Beauty for over eight years. She received her cosmetology license in 2004 from Empire Beauty School and has been loving the bridal and event side of the industry. Her favorite brands are Sebastian, Redken and Purology. When she’s not making you feel amazing on your big day she’s usually having fun with her husband and her little boy.
Bella
Hair and Makeup Artist
Bella is both a hair and makeup artist for Traveling Beauty. She also owns her own lash extension business in Rhode Island. Bella has been working for Traveling Beauty for over four years. She attended beauty school at Tony and Guy Hairdressing Academy. Bella feels the best part of her job is hearing her clients gasp when they look in the mirror knowing she made them feel beautiful and confident. In her free time Bella loves going to her Maine house on Sebago Lake and spending time with her family. Her favorite brands are Makeup Forever, Color pop, Redken, and Design Me.
Amanda
Hair Stylist
Amanda is a talented stylist with a passion for the hair industry. Her career started in 2002 after graduating from Blaine Beauty School. She consistently challenges herself to learn new and creative techniques. Her favorite brands are Eleven and Kendra. When she's not working she spends time with her 4 children and husband traveling, attending sporting events, and crafting. Amanda is willing to go above and beyond for her clients to achieve their dream hair for any special occasion!
