Wedding Contracts
Deposit
A non-refundable $175 deposit per service is required at time of booking. Deposit is applied towards bride's day of services. Checks payable to Michelle Sands or pay by credit card or Venmo at @Michelle-Sands-3.
Travel Fees
No fee for up to 30 minutes of travel time from studio address. There is a $100 charge per hour of travel time after the initial 30 minutes. Client is responsible for all parking, toll and traveling charges incurred.
Early Morning Fees
For any service requiring an arrival time prior to 9:00 AM, an early morning fee will apply. Fee is assessed per artist at $50 per hour.
Terms and Conditions
Final headcount and payment are due four weeks prior to occasion date. There is a three person minimum per service. All payments made are non refundable.
Occasions Contracts

Corporate Contracts
Cancellations & Postponements
If notice of cancellation or postponement is given less than two (2) business days before the scheduled shoot date, the client will be charged 100% of the fee.
Invoice & Payments
The invoice associated with this job assignment is due and payable no later than 30 days after invoice is received. If payment has not been received by that date, a new invoice will be generated with a 2% late fee per month due on the unpaid balance. To avoid this charge, please pay your invoice promptly.
Authorization
Your signature, working title and today's date is required when submitting the contract, and will serve as confirmation and agreement of the number of days, and dates booked, and agreed upon fee/rate. Once signed, you have agreed to the terms and conditions as they are stated. Please email a signed copy to me at travbeauty@gmail.com.
